Charles received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. He has over 12 years experience as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In his spare time, he enjoys billiards, tinkering with computers (hardware and software), reading, working out, and cooking. He is a former board member of the non-profit Korean American Society, formerly the Korean American Alliance.
