Walter "Wally" Kubitz is admitted to the Virginia Bar. Wally has been with the practice since 1986. As one of our senior attorneys, he handles licensing and litigation matters involving patents, trademarks and copyrights. A Bob Jones University graduate, Wally received his Law Degree from the College of William & Mary. In his spare-time, he enjoys studying history and bike riding.
