A former patent examiner, Charles joined our practice in 1994 and is our lead attorney for design patents and business process patents. Charles received a dual Bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University, a Law degree from The Washington College of Law, American University, and a M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans. He is admitted to the Maryland bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

 

In his spare time, Charles enjoys tennis, racquetball and stamp collecting.
